hi i need to reduce atleast 40 pounds from my body mostly from the tummy and the thighs....plzz suggest me right because i walk for 1hr daily and try keep track of my food intake but there is no use...i' did'nt lose a pound from a month

What can I do to get rid of my lower stomach? I have had the lapband sugery and i am not surpposed to do crunches per my doctor can you give me something else to do?
